Lycia on foot is walkers paradise!

There are many nice walks in the surrounding hills and coastal areas. An
assortment of beaches, some isolated, can be reached with a two hour descent.
Walk along Lycian mule tracks, some widened for timber lugging, some neglected
and stony, from time to time stumbling upon an overgrown Lycian settlement.
Along this little explored coast you can walk to isolated coves or find a beach
with some sophistication. Within 2 hours walk from Oludeniz you will find:
* Butterfly Valley ... famous for its moths
* Kizilcakaya Beach ...overlooked by a roman tomb
* Balatli Beach ...stunning and still unknown
* Insuyu Beach ... probably just you on the beach
* Kabak Beach ... a botanists paradise
* Babadag Walk ... climb up and paraglide down
Lycian Way... rated by the Sunday Times as one of the ten best walks in the
world
